Who Are We

We are a group of Irish owners of French Leaseback investment properties who have experienced difficulties with the investment (to put it mildly).

We want owners to join together to lobby for change in this deeply flawed investment scheme which has, in effect, been facilitated by the French government.

Do get in touch if you’d like to be involved.

We plan a public meeting in Dublin in Sept 2016.

In the meantime make your voice heard and

  1. Get in touch with your MEP. Get a list of current Irish MEPs in the EU Parliament.
  2. If you feel you were mis-sold then send your complaint to the EU Consumer Centre.  The European Consumer Centre Network (ECC-Net) is an EU-wide network co-funded by the European Commission and the Member States and can offer advice on your consumer rights. See below for contact details.
  3. Join with us in Sept to make a case at national level for the protection of our investments and our peace of mind. Drop a line to Sinead at www.frenchleaseback.info.
  4. Organise with other owners in your development and become a member of French National Federation of Owners of Residences du Tourisme at www.fnaprt.com
